Four rooms available in freshly renovated friendly professional shared house. Bills are included including council tax.

These range from a really large light double with lots of space another large sized double with huge window and lots of light and another two really good size doubles. There is a room for every taste and pocket.

This is co-living house for young professionals in Eastleigh DESIGNED AROUND YOUR life. You will be hand picked to fit in with the current and other applying housemates to ensure a happy fit for you all.

The house has been designed to make your life as easy and relaxed as possible during this time . Each room has loads of storage , DESKS to check your early morning emails before going out to work, a shared kitchen / living space for you to catch up with each other over emails and with a glass of wine at night.

The shared area is stacked with games for the evenings and a large patio area for summer evenings (when they come back!)

The house is close to the train station, main road and the town centre with its cinema, coffee shops, restaurants and swan centre.

The kitchen is fully stocked with 2 ovens, 2 fridges, 2 freezers, air fryer utensils, cutlery, crockery, pans and just about anything you need to get started. Each housemate has their own kitchen cupboard with other storage areas available to share.

The communal area has sofas huddled around the wall mounted TV and dining table to share meals and take on the house games evening.

By the side of the house there is a private alleyway leading to the back of the house where there are bike locks for the active housemates and a large secluded patio area great for sitting out in the sunshine and enjoying a glass of wine.

I am a live out landlady but close enough to pop over for any problems and an available 24/7. I like to provide nice houses and treat you as I would like to be treated. Past tenants still contact me to thank me for the lifelong friendships made in this house.
