I had the pleasure of living in this room for just over 12 months whilst I had a contract nearby.
It was wonderful coming home to a clean, stress-free environment, knowing I had the sanctuary of my en-suite bedroom, and a modern kitchen to cook if I desired.
My landlords always made me feel welcome if I bumped into them in the hall, on the landing or in the kitchen, and I was never made to feel that I was intruding in their home. Nothing was ever a problem to them, and the washing machine and drying space was always available for me to use when I needed to.
The room is of a really good size, with a bed, bedside cabinet, desk & chair, really large wardrobe and an amazing shower in the clean en-suite.
The location is good, with it being walking distance to both Southampton Airport Parkway/Airport and also Eastleigh rail station, in addition it's walking distance into town and there are a couple of good pubs again within walking distance.
Parking via permit is available just across from the house although I never had a need for it as I was on foot.
If you find yourself needing somewhere to stay in Eastleigh, you will not find anywhere nicer/cleaner/friendlier which still allows you to have your own space,"
