This is one of those rare properties that relaxes you from the moment you enter and see the green pastures through the rear conservatory from the open plan kitchen.

Out the front, the train station and Eastleigh city centre are 5 mins walk away and the best pub for miles is at the end of the road.
Out the back, are great views of the Bishopstoke Road playing field and the River Itchen.

I have a total of 1 room available as one of the current residents is moving to a new area with their job. The house is like a proper home and everyone looks after each other like family.

The room is downstairs, has fitted wardrobe, queen size bed and is opposite the downstairs toilet and sink.

The bills will be included and the internet is high speed fibre optic.. the garden has a firepit/bbq and veg patch(started my first ever crop last summer).

The ideal house mate would be honest, clean and tidy, sociable and have a fun, easy going and youthful nature. Respectful and positive energies welcome:)

Ps. I always like to speak to people on the phone before offering a viewing so the idea is to get to know you a little bit before inviting you to the property where I will meet you and introduce you to your possible new housemates😁

A message telling me a little about yourself followed by a phonecall is definitely the best option! (getting hold of me on whatsapp is best as I only have wifi and no mob signal where I live). As long as the ad is up, the room is still available!

I'm looking forward to meeting potential lodgers and putting together a group of new friends :D
