This is one of those rare properties that relaxes you from the moment you enter and see the green pastures through the rear conservatory from the open plan kitchen.

Out the front, the train station and Eastleigh city centre are 5 mins walk away and the best pub for miles is at the end of the road.
Out the back, are great views of the Bishopstoke Road playing field and the River Itchen.

I have a total of 3 rooms available as the current residents are moving out after a 20 month stay. As it's a new group it's important that you all get on and respect each other. The best room will be available to view on the 12th November. The room has river views, queen size bed, huge tv, cupboard space and is upstairs next to the bathroom.

The bills will be included and the internet is high speed fibre optic.. the garden has a firepit/bbq and veg patch(started my first ever crop last summer).

The ideal house mate would be honest, clean and tidy, sociable and have a fun, easy going and youthful nature. Respectful and positive energies welcome:)

Ps. I always like to speak to people on the phone before offering a viewing(I don't live at the property so the idea is to get to know you a little bit before inviting you to the property where I will meet you and introduce you to your possible new housemates!)

A message telling me a little about yourself followed by a phonecall is definitely the best option! (getting hold of me on whatsapp is best as I only have wifi and no mob signal where I live). As long as the ad is up at least one room is available!

I'm looking forward to meeting potential lodgers and putting together a group of new friends :D
