Friendly family home in Southsea Marina development (marina bar & bistro and Indian restaurant with lovely harbour views 5 mins walk). Clean bright room, double bed, WIFI, cleaning (communal areas), linen & bills included, sea glimpses over the Solent towards the IOW and plenty of free parking. Also use of separate study/sitting room, washing machine, tumble dryer, shared bathroom with shower plus separate downstairs toilet.
Suit quiet tidy student/professional. Sunday pm to Friday preferred but full time ok if occasional weekends away. References required, preference given if CRB/DBS checked/security cleared. Walking: bus stop 1 min, 2 mins to beach, 5 mins Hayling ferry, Portsmouth University Marine and Psychology departments, Fort Cumberland, 10 mins shops and pubs. Driving: 10mins IOW hovercraft, St Mary's Hospital, Fratton Park football stadium, train station (1hr 25 to London), Portsmouth dockyard, Portsmouth Uni, theatres, Gunwharf Quays waterfront designer outlet and restaurant complex, IOW ferry and international ferry port, approx 20mins to QA Hospital, North Harbour business Park, Langstone Technology Park, MOD and defence sites. Available January: min 1 month stay.
