I have a double room available for rent in my 3 bedroom house. I am the only person living in the property so there is plenty of space. I can be very flexible with how you would like the room kitted out.

It is a mid-terraced house with a living room, dining room, large kitchen and upstairs bathroom. The single room at the rear of the property is kept as a guest room/study. I'm happy for this room to be used a couple of times a month if you have any visitors.

On street permit parking is available and there are usually spaces between 6 - 8pm every night.
