Shared kitchen that has a gas Double oven, 2 Air Friers, Microwave, W/machine & Tumble dryer
Shared bathroom/ Walk in power shower.
I have a large lounge that I only use for visitors & occasional weekends.
Gas central heating & uPVC double glazing around the whole house.
All interior doors are solid wood firedoors.
Recently decorated throughout
There are two gardens. Both are quite large sun traps.
Off road parking (permit not required)
The neighbourhood is very friendly, safe & quiet.
I would prefer one male housemate.
