Furnished double room

Hi, looking for a lodger. 3 bedroom house with large living room diner, kitchen and bathroom upstairs with bath, also patio garden. Room part furnished with futon, chewy of draws and bedside table. I live here with my dog so liking dogs is a must, she’s very friendly! All bills included, work Mon-Fri 9-5, internet and sky tv included. Message for viewing and more info - close to beach also and lovely area! Parking available although permit required for one hour a day however I can sort this for you on the app or you can pick up paper permits easily. Short term lets considered, or those looking for a room only a few days a week due to work etc - price reduction will be available to reflect this.
