Furnished Double Room – Dog Lovers Only 🐾

Furnished double room available in a typical 2 up, 2 down Eastney terrace, just a stone’s throw from the seafront, with a south facing garden.

The room is currently being moved from my office into your bedroom, so photos to come. New furniture is on order, it’s south facing with lovely natural light, white walls and a bit of character — I’m sure you’ll love it 😊

You’ll be living with me and my rescue dog, so this would suit someone who genuinely loves dogs. She’s a big friendly girl, very affectionate, well behaved, and will absolutely want to cuddle you — so being comfortable around a larger dog is important.

A bit about me — I’m an early bird and in the summer I’m usually down at the sea for a swim first thing. I also do pet photography on the side, so the house has a calm, creative feel to it. I work from home a few days a week and I’m happy to share the dining table as a workspace if you’re also working from home.

The stairs are on the steeper side (classic terrace life), so worth keeping in mind.

I’m looking for someone easygoing, respectful, and who wants to live in a home, not just rent a room.
