Top floor double ensuite room fully furnished with bed, cupboards, bedside table etc.

Room 2 - £550 per month inc ALL bills.
Middle floor double bed room unfurnised. Room is next to middle floor bathroom.

Looking for friendly, clean and tidy housemates who are open for socialising during the evenings.

About me
I am a 24 year old profession working at the University. 2 housemates are departing and therefore i am looking to replace them in order to continue living in this wonderful property.
