South facing garden and just a 5 minutes walk to the beach. Good transport links; 2 minutes walk to bus stop 15-20 min walk to train station.
The house has a new kitchen, upstairs bathroom and an additional downstairs toilet.
The housemate would be sharing with myself and my father. Were both hardworking and easy going people so would be after someone with the same qualities.
Ideally the house mate would be female and a mature student or professional, but males will be considered.
