Spacious Room, completely redecorated modern house

We are looking for a new lodger for a spacious room in our house. The property is very close to the beach and has good public transport connections.

The house was entirely refurbished in 2012, with a large new kitchen-diner and new bathroom suite.

I am studying for my MA at the moment and my wife is a teacher. We like to think of ourselves as fairly easy going and up for a laugh. We're friendly and love to meet new people. We are looking for a mature person who likes socialise but is also happy for us to sometimes have our own space in an evening. The shared areas of the house include bathroom and kitchen and partial use of the lounge.
