Room consists of One large comfy single bed with extra single pull out bed underneath with new clean bedding & towels changed weekly , flat screen T. V & internet, large chest of drawers, real leather sofa with cushions, desk & chair, wardrobe rail, coffee table, pouffe, large chandelier ceiling light, lamp & large mirror.
Live in landlord. Partner, son of 18 & permanant italian lodger whos been with us over one year also live in house. x Lodger must love animals especially dogs as have 2 friendly family dogs. House is clean & beautifully decorated with a 50 ft luxury garden, conservatory/diner, living room & garage at bottom of garden converted to a soundproof music room. House has side access to garden & front forecourt. Shared Kitchen & upstairs bathroom which consists of bath with overhead electric shower. Downstairs toilet. Centrally heated in all rooms. All Bills Internet, C. tax & cleaning included in rent. Would prefer for rent to include laundry costs & food as we like to cook together (although optional) Cost for this to be discussed. More pics of room & house available on request. Post office Newsagent takeaways all available a stones throw away. Bus routes 2 mins walk away. Close to train station & hospital. Easy parking & easy access to motorway for out of town see map. Willing to reduce weekly rent to a daily cost for professionals who just need to rent for weekdays & not weekends x
