Housemate wanted for waterside maisonette in a quiet, beautiful area in Eastney, just across the road from the beach.

Double room, semi furnished, (i. e. double bed, 2 bedside cabinets, lamp, curtains)…has built in double wardrobe) full use of house and facilities. New bathroom and kitchen recently fitted.

You will also have use of a separate fridge/freezer for yourself.

Access to all local amenities. Across the road from the main seafront, couple of minute walk from the local shops.

Single employed person wanted (not couples). Would prefer someone past their clubbing years, over 30 years of age.

I am a non smoker but am ok with people who do smoke.

£120.00 p. w

You would be sharing the house with myself, a 50 year old employed gentleman who has lived in the property for approx 13 years.
