Double room with shared facilities

We are looking for a new housemate to rent our second bedroom.
The room is a good-sized, furnished double. We have one bathroom and a large living area. Outside we have a good size garden and summer house/decking area for bbqs.
We have two dogs called Bella and Archie who will be 13 this year! They enjoy walks and being with people (especially if you enjoy throwing a tennis ball!).
The house is a 10min walk from totton train station and amenities, as well as having Eling mill and board walk on its doorstep. It is easy to reach the M27 and New Forest.
We are a sociable, professional, active couple who enjoy being outdoors, music festivals and travelling.
