Room to rent in quiet area with other single male

Room to rent in a quiet street of Eling. The room is part of a semi-detached three-bedroom Victorian house, recently all redecorated. Shared with myself and my son when he visits every other weekend. Use of living room when I'm not present.
The bedroom is a perfectly adequate size with a comfy bed and chest of drawers, a desk, and a wardrobe,
The bathroom is based downstairs, equipped with a bath and overhead shower.
Use of garden available when the owner is away. The kitchen is recently refurbished with a new oven, hob, fridge etc...
The dining room is partly used by the owner when working from home. But the use of dining room table available.
My work is varied hybrid working from home and away out onsite. Parking is available on the next street along.
