The property is fully furnished with good quality furniture and has an fantastic communal lounge which has leather sofas and a 40" TV for use by the tenants. There is a large shared kitchen with washing machine, dryer and all the usual gadgets.

It is a completely non-smoking house but there is a private communal garden and this room could be perfect with its own external door for those that smoke.
