Lovely room with a view of the garden. Shared bathroom and shared kitchen. I live in a Victorian semi-detached cottage in the heart of Emsworth. Close walking distance to the sea, train station and multiple bus stops. The road is quiet and there is on street parking. A short walk to all the shops and pubs. Emsworth has a lovely village type vibe with cafes, lots of places to eat, and live music venues. My previous lodger was with me for over five years. The house has all mod cons with a dishwasher, dryer, microwave, washing machine. Added bonus of a cleaner once a week free of charge to you. Gardener once a fortnight. Bike storage in outhouse.
I am a retired teacher and artist and have lived in Emsworth for over 30 years. I share a sprocker with my family so it would be great if you liked dogs. I do Pilates and yoga. I also have taken up gardening with a passion.
