I am looking to rent my spare room in my town house in the heart of Emsworth.

The house is very close to the shops, pubs and cafes but is also in a quiet cul de sac.

I do have a garage that can be used for a push bike but did not tick the box as it is not empty enough for a car..

I have a parking space in front of my garage and there is a car park with permits available very nearby.

The railway station is a 10 minute walk and there is a Bus stop for the 700 bus is 1 minute away.

The house is in excellent condition.

The spare room has a new bed and matress. There is a large walk in wardrobe and a good sized chest of drawers. There is also the use of a cupboard on the landing by agreement.

Shared access to the kitchen, laundry, bathroom and lounge.

The kitchen is well fitted with 2 ovens (one is also a micro wave), dishwasher, freezer and 2 fridges. one fridge is available for sole use. As a keen cook I have a good range of cooking utensils, pots and pans etc.

Rent includes heating and electricity bills as well as wifi/internet.

The house is Council Tax band E.
