Private Sitting Room and Bedroom House Emsworth

Private sitting room and bedroom for sole use in my house in Emsworth which will allow for a private seperate living space, but sharing kitchen and bathroom. Plenty of room for a desk and table. Looking for a single person. Unfortunately the house is not suitable for children.

Emsworth is a lovely village with plenty or resturaunts, cafes and shops. The house is located less than 5 minutes walk from Emsworth train station so there is great access to public transport.

We have a dishwasher and a washer-dryer combo. There is no off-street parking but a free car park and street parking outside. The price includes all bills and internet.
