Wonderfully placed in the heart of lively Emsworth - with The Crown Pub at one end and the sea at the other end of a quiet cul-de-sac! The Co-op, butchers, greengrocers, curry house and 3 coffee shops all within short walking distance!

It’s a 6 minute walk to the station - with easy access to London and the South Coast.
It's newly owned, deep cleaned, re-decorated, modern, bright and spacious - with new beds and furniture. Off street, town centre parking for two cars.

I'm a professional sailor, I work abroad for different months at a time. My intention is to have a 'bolthole' to arrive back to, and ideally, I would like to share my house with people of a similar age (early 30's), be sociable and not feel like an intruder in my own home!

The property is a light, warm, spacious terraced 4 bed house on three floors.

It has two bedrooms on the ground floor with a study, a shower room and laundry - leading to a sunny, south facing courtyard - and onto lovely communal gardens with their own private access. I would like to move a lodger into either one of these rooms. I will happily consider couples and only increase the rent by 50%.

The first or middle floor is a spacious open plan kitchen, living and dining room - with a window overlooking the gardens. A great living, eating and relaxing space.

The second or top floor has two bedrooms and two bathrooms.

So I'm looking for one or two professional people to share a house who want to make the most of the location and space. And who would enjoy sharing the communal spaces when I'm home. Ideally, a reasonably long term let - 6 months minimum - where we can build trust in a friendly atmosphere with people who want to look out for each other and maintain a mutual respect.

The house has just been bought and I am busy re-furnishing it and re-decorating. (the pics are from the previous owner and I will update when I've got it a tad more 'homely') I'm looking to have tenants around mid May. And I'm sure we'll all want to keep it clean and looking great.
