Hi there! I’m looking for a friendly, tidy lodger to share my lovely three-bedroom apartment on the quiet northern edge of Emsworth. It’s a peaceful spot surrounded by countryside, with Emsworth and Westbourne villages close by for shops, pubs, and cafés.

The flat is on the second floor and feels light and spacious. There’s an open-plan kitchen with views of the harbour, a comfortable dining/sitting room, and a hallway with plenty of storage. The principal bedroom has a great view of the water, and there’s a newly fitted bathroom plus a separate WC. The apartment also comes with a garage and well-kept communal gardens at the rear — ideal for relaxing in the warmer months.

It’ll just be the two of us sharing. I’m a live-in landlord who works full-time in the office during the week and travels often, so you’ll have plenty of space and quiet time to yourself. I take pride in keeping a tidy, welcoming home and would love to find someone who’ll treat it the same way — someone who wants a home, not just a room.

There’s generous storage (including shared garage space), beautiful views, and a friendly little community. The room is available for 12 months initially, with the potential to extend.
