The flat is on the second floor and feels light and spacious. There’s an open-plan kitchen with views of the harbour, a comfortable dining/sitting room, and a hallway with plenty of storage. The principal bedroom has a great view of the water, and there’s a newly fitted bathroom plus a separate WC. The apartment also comes with a garage and well-kept communal gardens at the rear — ideal for relaxing in the warmer months.
It’ll just be the two of us sharing. I’m a live-in landlord who works full-time in the office during the week and travels often, so you’ll have plenty of space and quiet time to yourself. I take pride in keeping a tidy, welcoming home and would love to find someone who’ll treat it the same way — someone who wants a home, not just a room.
There’s generous storage (including shared garage space), beautiful views, and a friendly little community. The room is available for 12 months initially, with the potential to extend.
