Double Room To Rent In Emsworth

This double room is owned by a young, married couple in Emsworth.
The owners of the house both work full time, term time only and enjoy socialising with friends and family. We are looking for someone to fit into our home, someone who takes responsibility for their own belongings and clears up after themselves. A student or professional person would be accepted into our home.
Close to Goodwood, Portsmouth, Chichester, Hayling Island and Havant via car or bus.
Only a 10 minute walk to Emsworth town and train station.
The closest shop is only a 3 minute walk away and the local village of Westbourne can be walked to in only 8 minutes- hosting a lovely pub, restaurant and a couple of shops.
Emsworth is a quaint village on the South Coast with plenty of local, picturesque walks and has a lot of welcoming pubs and restaurants.
The room is furnished with a double bed, wardrobe and dressing table. There is a garden and bathroom which will be shared with the house owners. There is street parking as well as a driveway space.
The kitchen is fully functional and includes a washing machine. All of these facilities will be shared and the tenants will all be responsible for cleaning up after themselves.
