There is a bus stop at the end of the road, Emsworth marina is a 5 minute walk, and Emsworth town centre is an 8 minute walk, with the station only a 12 minute walk away.

There is off street parking, use of the kitchen, washing machine and garden. I have 1 indoor cat and am looking for a responsible female over the age of 35 who does not smoke, and will respect my home.
