Delightful room in Emsworth village

Lovely double room for single occupancy available in the heart of the very pretty village of Emsworth, close to all amenities, food shops, cafes, pubs and restaurants. Bus stop is one minute's walk and railway station is a five minute walk. My house is situated in a very desirable road leading down to the foreshore and a minute's walk from the millpond. There is a small garden, good parking and space for a bicycle. I work in the local primary school and have lived in the village since 1985.
I have been successfully letting the room for eleven years since my children moved away and I look forward to welcoming you to my home.
