Spatious Single Room to Rent

Two sisters looking to rent out their spare single bedroom within their lovely clean and fresh home.

We are both currently professional Nannies and Dance Teachers. We are in and out of the house at different times and have active social lives.

Spatious single room to rent. Room comes furnished with single bed (bedding not included) and big drawers. Option of using the rug box (shown in picture) and green chair.

The tenant will have access to the shared bathroom, living room and kitchen.

Property is located in Augusta Park (near Smannel). Property has a nice size garden which has a lawn and gets lots of sunshine.

Parking - the tenant can park their car on the road just up the way from the property.

Tenant must also be animal friendly as from time to time they may come over.

We would like £400 per calendar month if rented 7 days a week but happy to accept a Monday-Friday tenant for £350 per calendar month.
