Bills, broadband are included. I would expect you to keep your living spaces clean and tidy yourself during your stay, as there is not a cleaner included within the monthly rent.

There will be allocated fridge/ freezer and cupboard space for you and a washing machine for clothes to be cleaned at sociable times.
