🏡 I live in Stubbington a few min walk from the village, with easy access to Gosport Fareham and motorway.

All bills are included in price including Wifi and use of all amenities.

Parking is available on the road and 2 private parking spaces at the back close to house.

I do have persian cat so the room would suit someone who doesn't mind friendly feline.

I am looking for a professional person (in full time work) to rent the room, who is neat, tidy and trustworthy.
