Room with small double bed available. Recently decorated and beautiful view in 4 bedroom house (two bathrooms). Bills are included except telephone. Room consists of small double bed with under bed storage, single wardrobe, drawers, bedside table, radiator cover, mirror, lampshade and roller blind and Broadband access and connection to sky tv. You will have access to all communal crockery and cooking utensils etc. Must be clean and tidy in communal areas. I don't mind smokers as long as smoke outside. Strictly Female house guest only please.
