A good sized double bedroom in central Fareham, 8 minutes walk to train station and 5 minutes walk to bus station.

Shared lounge, dining room, kitchen, utility room and two bathrooms. Access to secluded garden.

The room has plenty of storage, large hanging rail, two bedside tables, a dressing table with draws, a chest of drawers and long parcel/storage shelf.

I have two friendly small dogs (shih Tzus) - they do not malt (no unwanted dog hairs). Being dog friendly is a must.

The house is clean and very tidy and I would only consider like-minded female to rent the room.

Sky broadband is available.

Landlord lives in (fully COVID vaccinated)
