Five minute walk to town centre, ten minute walk to train station and close to the motorway!

Looking for someone to live in the spare room in my flat

I work quite a lot so I’m not in often

Newly done kitchen and bathroom and Juliette balcony

Chilled person who doesn’t want much , just likes a clean environment where they live

I have two cats who are very friendly ! If you have a pet we can discuss you having one here depending on how they are with mine !

Ideally looking for just another working professional like myself

Spare room currently has bedside table and wardrobe in it but no bed yet , can fit a double bed if wanted
