Lovely small double room

Double bed, wardrobe and draws. Bathroom has large bath and shower over. Very large kitchen and 2 living rooms, toilet downstairs, dinning room and access to a large garden. Enough parking for 3 vehicles. I am a professional living here with my 13year old son, and labrador. I have rented a room out for over 15 years. There is enough space to not trip over each other. I work from home 3 days a week. I would prefer someone not working from home as I need a confidential space to work from. Monday to Friday let's considered.
