I have a spacious freshly decorated double room available to rent in my three bedroom house. The third bedroom is used as a study so it would be sharing with just me.

Females are preferred as I have a nervous rescue dog. He is scared of new people but once he’s met you a couple of times is very loving and playful.

Located within a ten minute walk of Fareham train station.

The rest of the house is in the process of being decorated. The bathroom has a brand new bathroom suite, there is a large lounge / diner with a large flat screen smart TV in the lounge and a log burner due to be fitted in the coming months. Large rear garden with tarmacked driveway at the back (large enough for two vehicles one in front of the other) and a garage for some extra storage.
