A lovely new 4 bed detached house located in Stubbington, just near the new bypass, and close to Fareham.
We are a couple living together with a spare room in our 4 bedroom detached house with a large garden.
We are looking for a professional that needs a room, minimum term 6 months, up to a year.
The house is newly built, in a lovely area, opposite a green, with a spacious garden which you will have use of. It's near the bypass with excellent transport links. The room is a spacious double sized room and the bathroom will be primarily used by just yourself (we have a private bathroom which we will use). The room is unfurnished.
We are a couple and we are young professionals and work from home who tend to keep ourselves to ourselves (although we are friendly!). We have a little fury friend in the form of a cat. We tend to sleep 11pm-8am and later on weekends. The rooms available for your enjoyment will be the room you live in and the garden, as well as the kitchen/diner. Bills are included and we have broadband.
What we'd hope to find in a lodger:
We would like somebody who has a similar pattern of life to us, i. e. a professional aged 18-65. We are happy for you to have visitors over, however we wouldn't permit anyone to stay overnight. We will only accept a non-smoker/non-vaper.
