Double room to rent

I have a double unfurnished room to rent walking distance to fareham town centre. Whole house was fully renovated 7 months ago. New flatmate must be working, tidy and know to clean up after yourself 🙏 : must also be ok with dogs I have 1 small dog! I am not in a position though to accept another flatmate with pets I’m afraid. There is a large outside space which is awaiting renovation. There is also parking available, shared bathroom and kitchen
