Tentatively looking at letting out my spare bedroom (currently my office) this will be available from 1st September 2024 as I need to buy the furniture for the room and move my office.
I am a 27 year old professional with two dogs, one owned horse and a loaned horse. I work in the office 4 days a week and I am often out at weekends competing. I do not always take the dogs with me and organise dog care.
Bills included other than food. Council tax Band B, water, electricity, gas. One parking space and access to a bike store. Property benefits from french doors that open onto a small patio. Lovely location in suburbia. Close countryside walks, and a pub within staggering distance (although up a bridlepath!) if needed!
It is a new build so has minimal decoration currently due to the settling in period. Spacious double room, will have a storage style double bed, wardrobe, set of drawers and bedside table. Plenty of plug sockets.
Lounge / Kitchen area includes a full length fridge freezer, larder and plenty of plates and cutlery, kettle, toaster, microwave, probably a george foreman floating around somewhere!
Sizeable shared bathroom which is new so modern in style and decoration.
Would also consider someone looking for a Monday-Friday let at reduced rental cost (£450pcm)
