We only take on one lodger in our large 4 bedroom house situated in a quiet area of Wallington village yet within walking distance to Fareham
And easy access by car to the motorway
There are a selection of village pubs to walk to and the Sainsbury’s supermarket is a pleasant stroll along the river
Fareham bus station is 15 mins walk and train station is 20 mins walk
Our house is very comfortable and you will have shared use of the large Kitchen and and dining room and a nice garden to relax in
The bedroom has a large tv with Netflix
Superfast WiFi throughout the house
