Furnished with built in wardrobe, comfortable double bed and a TV. Lots of space for adding a desk/ another wardrobe or set of draws.

You will have access to the upstairs spare room which has a sofa and TV, this is my storage room and a room I use to look after a friends dog now and again but you’re welcome to watch tv in there (if I don’t have the other dog,) dont expect it to be always be empty/ tidy.

You also have access to the kitchen, and bathroom. Drive way parking included.

You must like dogs to live here. I do own a 4 year old medium sized dog, she’s very friendly with people but does not like other dogs. You are not allowed to bring a dog in the house.

Live-in landlord, 27 years old, easygoing and respectful, looking for a professional or student who wants a clean and relaxed home but I’m happy to also share a bottle of wine now and again :)
