The shower room, kitchen, lounge and dining room would be shared with me and my cat! I work from home so I'm looking for a lodger who works away from the house during the day.
The kitchen is well equipped with hob, oven, airfryer, rice cooker, microwave and dishwasher. The dining room has a TV and sofa as well as the separate lounge, so there's space for you to have privacy. There is a lovely courtyard garden at the back of the house, as well as at the front.
Easy access to the M27, and various shops are in walking distance. There's also a nice woodland walk very close by.
I work for the local authority and am a quiet person who likes tranquility and peace.
