Double room (single occupancy only) in semi-detached house situated close to Fareham centre.

PLEASE NOTE:

This room is not offered on a first come first served basis as I try and ensure that all flatmates get on well.

Fareham Railway station, Bus Station and town centre are all 5/10 minutes walk away..

Fareham Leisure Centre with gym a 5 minute walk (if that) - quicker if you jog!

Aldi supermarket 5 minutes away one direction as well as Spar, Post Office and hairdressers in the other direction.

The room has been recently decorated, is on the first floor and faces North. It has a double bed, 1 x wardrobe, 1 x chest of drawers, 1 x bedside cabinet and 1 x table. There is also a tower fan for when it is hot and a portable oil filled radiator for when it gets a bit cold.

A TV can be provided if required.

Share facilities with owner and two other lodgers.

Facilities include:
