Double room (single occupancy only) in semi-detached house situated close to Fareham centre.

PLEASE NOTE:

This room is not offered on a first come first served basis as I try and ensure that all flatmates get on well.

Fareham Railway station, Bus Station and town centre are all 5/10 minutes walk away..

Fareham Leisure Centre with gym a 5 minute walk (if that) - quicker if you jog!

Aldi supermarket 5 minutes away one direction as well as Spar, Post Office and hairdressers in the other direction.

The room is on the first floor and faces North. It has a double bed, 1 x wardrobe, 1 x chest of drawers, 1 x bedside cabinet and 1 x table. There is also a tower fan for when it is hot and a portable oil filled radiator for when it gets a bit cold.

A TV can be provided if required.

Share facilities with owner and two other lodgers.

Facilities include:
