One room in a shared four bedroom house.

I have one room available for a professional person both for single occupancy; with a double bed.

I own the house. Possible parking on the drive for smaller cars and plenty off road parking.

Very close to Fareham town and a short walk to the railway station.

The bathroom is shared and has a normal shower; there is also a down stairs loo. I am happy to share the house, which I try to keep tidy but don't always succeed.

Telephone is not included in the rent.

The room is only available until mid April, short term only.
