Nr Fareham - The Retreat - Modern 2 double bedroom

We are located in a quiet, rural location between Southampton and Portsmouth.

We have two double bedrooms in a modern house built to a high specification. The rooms are separate to the main house so are very private.
Facilities include:

Private front door access, parking, alarm and sound surround system. No access to garden
Downstairs wc and separate shower room.
Newly fitted modern bathroom with shower and bath.
Use of a large private sitting room with modern furniture and log burning stove.
Use of a kitchen with dishwasher, washing, machine, fridge, freezer.
Bills and WiFi included.

We are happy to consider renting one room first whilst looking for a suitable lodger for the second. Short term lets up to one year are preferable. Mon - Fri ideal - but will consider other arrangements.

Would consider one person for one room only for £750 pcm for a short term arrangement or two people who know each other for both rooms.

Sorry no couples or pets as we have a dog. You would need a car. Ideally suited to two professionals who are working away from home or two mature students who wish to share. A family of five occupy the main house.

Please note we are currently awaiting the arrival of new furniture so hence the reason for not having photos of both bedrooms yet. The one in the photo is awaiting two new lockers and a new wardrobe. Both beds are new too.
