Large double room with parking, bills & cleaning

Lots of storage. The occupant(s) of the room have their own parking space. All bills are included, unless the occupant requires a TV licence.

I encourage occupants to invite guests, use the guest beds and enjoy sharing the flat on an equal footing with me. I am still in touch with most of the people who have shared the flat and they will be happy to talk to you, if you are interested.

New carpets fitted in 2022. New kitchen fitted in 2024 All communal rooms are cleaned by me once per week.

The multiple occupancy rate is £725pcm, to be paid at the beginning of each month of occupancy. The notice period is 1 calendar month each way.
