Double bedroom for rent in Fareham

The flat is a new office conversion that was converted in 2016. You would get a furnished double bedroom, bathroom is shared but is kept very clean. You would get shelf / bathroom storage. The living area / kitchen would be shared. There's a washer dryer / dishwasher. Anything in the living room you can use but both of us keep it tidy. There's a 65" TV with Sonos surround sound. Netflix and all other bills included too. I am happy to agree what we share (dishwasher tabs / kitchen / toilet roll etc, take in turns to buy but this can be agreed later). Also communal area cleaning is shared and is always kept clean. Deposit is one month's rent (£450 that I will put in a separate account). Flat has off road parking with electric gate. there is a bike shed. Flat is on 3rd floor with a lift.

I am putting the flat on the market soon so will be on a month by month basis. I am happy to discuss moving with us in the new property if an ongoing room is needed.
