Double room for rent near Fareham Leisure Centre

This is my house located close to Fareham Town Centre and the Leisure centre. It’s also very close to Whiteley and Portsmouth and a short distance from the train station. The room for rent is a fully furnished double room for single occupancy with TV. Shared bathroom, kitchen and lounge. Have sky tv down in lounge and broadband which is all included in the price. There is off street parking on the driveway.
Looking for a working professional who is clean and tidy, not too noisy and a non smoker.
You’d be sharing house with myself and my boyfriend who are both working professionals. Working Monday to Friday normal office hours.
We are open to full time lodger or Monday to Friday depending on the circumstance. For Monday to Friday lodging the price and deposit would be different so please message for more information.
