I have had someone living here short term, so I am ideally looking for long term.

❤ An extra bedroom for a friend to stay for the weekend, or perfect for anyone with kids to stay at weekends or even during the week.

❤ The rent is including utility bills. Super fast internet, and Netflix included.

Built in shelves and cupboard. Kingsize bed, and bedside table.
There's a double wardrobe, which is kept in the spare room for extra space.

I'm looking for someone who's easy to get on with for a harmonious house share.
The usual requirements; must be clean & tidy.

It would be great to have someone to share this COSY house with, and call it their home too.

Suitable for a working professional, in full time employment.

MUST be an animal lover, I have a very friendly cat and puppy.

I’m a really chilled, thoughtful and respectful person.

I’m self employed, so I’m either at my work place (with my dog - Bear) or working from home a few days a week.
I’m pretty much working most of the time, always on the go doing something.
