They both have plenty of storage with wardrobe, ottoman (storage) bed and chest of drawers. All our rooms have desks, multiple sockets including ethernet and aerial as well as high-speed wifi.

We are live-out landlords who own and manage the properties ourselves. Because we live locally, any issues can be sorted out really quickly. No agents or middle-men are involved. We charge no fees for referencing, inventory or contracts but do take a holding deposit of £100 which will be offset against your first month's rent.

WHO WOULD IT SUIT?

We are looking for working professionals - probably aged between 20 and 40 who want to share a high-quality house which has been specifically designed for shared living. Our housemates are really social and cook together sometimes, head out for a trip to the pub or the cinema or just stay in for a chat & watch TV. Across our houses, many housemates are new to the area & find this a good way to have some instant social life.

We live locally and keep the houses really well maintained. We're quick to respond to any issues and get things sorted out promptly for you.
