Lovely bright room in characterful house

Lovely bright quiet room with views over the big garden and local park.
The room, which is currently unfurnished, can be let furnished or unfurnished, It has an ensuite bathroom (jack and jill, shared with other bedroom) with a corner bath and a separate shower.
Please note, due to the configuration of the room, it will not fit anything bigger than a double bed ie no king size.

The house is on a quiet cul de sac in the centre of north camp village, 5 mins to shops, restaurants and pubs.

Facilities included in cost are sky tv, broadband, dishwasher. washing machine, decking area with bbq. South west facing garden with own gate to local park..
There is a lot of storage space throughout the house.
The house is 5 mins walk to north camp station and 25 mins to Farnborough main.
There is plenty of on street parking.
I will consider ONE small or medium size dog ( no bigger than a cocker spaniel) or cat (there is no cat flap, but room has access for a cat via the roof).
As they get along with my beautiful cocker spaniel.

Looking to find someone easy going, clean, quiet, tidy and considerate.
