I have a large double bedroom available to let in my 6 bedroom professional house share in Farnborough (a licensed HMO). This is a large Victorian house and therefore the rooms are very spacious, with high ceilings.

The house is in a quiet location just outside the town centre.

The property is currently occupied by 5 tenants, who are professional workers.

The room is currently vacant, has very recently been decorated. It is immediately available. Photos will be available shortly.

I am happy to conduct viewings in person or remotely via Skype/Zoom/FaceTime viewings over the next few weeks if required!

If you don’t drive, there are local shops nearby and public transportation with direct links to the station and town centre. The property is also only a 15-minute walk (0.8m) to the town.

The rooms are furnished with beds, mattresses, chest of drawers and plenty of hanging space. All utilities are included (Gas, Electric, TV License, Super Fast WIFI and Water).
