LOCATION
The house is in a quiet and safe residential close. It has a large driveway with space for 4-5 cars as well as off street parking.
A few minutes walk from the house is route 2, that takes you to either Farnborough station and town or Frimley and Camberley. There is also the yo-yo bus route nearby.
The house is easily accessed from both junctions 4 and 4a of the M3.

Room rent includes all usual bills: Council Tax, Gas, Electricity, Water Rates, 100MB Wireless Broadband, Cable channel subscription, TV Licence for communal area, weekly cleaning service for communal areas and regular garden and house maintenance by landlords or our handyman.
