Our tenants enjoy an excellent standard of living because we maintain our houses very well. Your housemates will be working professionals who are friendly and easy going, having been recruited by us personally (no agents!).
THE ROOM - Light and airy room is furnished with a large mirrored wardrobe, metal double bed with orthopedic mattress with storage space underneath and a chest of drawers.
Not suitable for homeworking though.
Lovely, modern suite shower room shared with just one other tenant
OUTSIDE
At the front, the drive can accommodate 4-5 cars and there's plenty of on-street parking near the house with no need for a parking permit. A bicycle store has also been provided so that housemates can safely store their bikes.
There is a nice garden with patio, garden furniture, BBQ and clothes drier and the garden is kept looking good by the landlords.

“I lived in one of Char’s houses for over a year. She was flexible, welcoming and the house was in great condition. The house I lived in was in a good quiet location and the room was lovely. Char is easy to contact and deals with any issues very quickly. I only left due to relocating with my job."
